When will I receive my order?
Short answer… PRETTY FAST. We offer FREE Shipping and Returns on orders shipped to the U.S. and great international shipping rates.
We pride ourselves on promptly shipping orders. Orders typically ship the same day (excluding pre-orders) and most orders will receive a tracking confirmation the same day. See our Shipping Policy for time estimates. Deucekat ships from Los Angeles, California, so West Coast and local orders tend to arrive pretty fast (approximately 1-2 days)! Orders to the East Coast and Southern U.S. states typically arrive 3-5 days (absent any service delays from USPS.) We also offer FedEx Home Delivery, UPS 2 and 3 day service at economical rates.
Do you stock your products in store?
We are working on retail partnerships and are always looking for stockist of our tennis bags. If you are interested in stocking our products, please contact us.

Will my tennis racket fit?
We have tested our bags with different head sizes, lengths and models of tennis rackets to ensure that most rackets will fit. The racket bag is designed for at least 1 tennis racket, but depending on the size you will likely be able to fit 2 rackets.
In the case of over-sized rackets, specifically tennis rackets with head sizes above 115 sq. in., our tennis bag will only comfortably fit 1 over-sized racket.
In the unlikely event that your racket does not fit in the bag, we would definitely like to know, so e-mail our team at hello@deucekat.com. We offer free return shipping on all U.S. orders. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
