Return Policy

 

We want you to absolutely love our products. But if you don't, Deucekat is happy to return any unused and undamaged merchandise up to 30 days after delivery.

We try to make the process as painless and hassle free as possible.

  • We provide reusable 100% recycled poly mailers. Simply re-use the envelope that your product(s) were shipped in;

  • FREE Return Shipping - using pre-addressed/prepaid labels and USPS mail (for U.S. orders only**); and

  • We promptly process your refund.

Please use the form on the Returns page to initiate a return and request a prepaid shipping label for any online order. USPS is our preferred method for return shipping in the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns and process refunds beyond 30 days. Please review our full refund policy here.

Please note that:

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery of your order using the Returns form.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, inclusive of the item charge and sales tax, if any. If the credit card used to place your order is no longer valid or in your possession, e.g. a prepaid credit card, please e-mail us at returns@deucekat.com to process your return (do not use the return request form).

  • If you selected an express shipping option or international shipping option at check-out (e.g. 1-day Shipping, shipping to Canada, U.K. and other destinations etc.), we will not be able to refund these shipping charges. Please review our Shipping Policy.

  • Any gift option charges, if any, (i.e. charges for gift wrapping services, cards and custom messages) are also non-refundable.

  • Return shipping is FREE only if using the United States Postal Service (USPS) (or other pre-paid shipping label) pre-paid/pre-addressed shipping label that Deucekat will provide to you. Simply fill out the form on our Returns Page, and we will e-mail you a pre-paid label and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that if you choose to your return your order to Deucekat via other means (i.e. using your own paid method of shipping) said charges will not be refunded or reimbursed.

  • Refunds are processed within 1-2 days after receipt of the returned item(s). Upon our receipt of your return, we will e-mail you to confirm that a refund has been processed. Please allow additional time, up to 7 business days, for the refund to be credited back to your account by your bank or financial institution.

    ** Note: We presently do not offer a prepaid return shipping option for international orders outside of the United States. If you would like to return product(s), you may do so by sending the item back to us at your expense. In any event, please contact us by e-mail (returns@deucekat.com) to request a return.
